Ingredients:  
Pre-made meatballs (approx. 75) baked and drained
1 - 20 oz. can of pineapple tidbits (drain juice and save)
1/2 c. diced green pepper (or more to your taste)

Sauce:
Juice from pineapple tidbits...approx. 1 cup
2/3 c. white vinegar
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/3 c. water....save to dilute cornstarch
3 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
After sauce has thickened, add diced green pepper and pineapple till warmed through....pour over meatballs that were cooked according to package directions.
Serve over rice or as an appetizer with toothpicks.
