Ingredients:  
2 eggs
5 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
Put oil, eggs and salt in a fry pan, scramble and break into small pieces.

Add 2 cups rice that has been cooked and cooled. Fry with egg mixture till warmed through...about 10 - 15 minutes.

Add:
1 c. ham, chicken, or shrimp
1 green onion, chopped
1 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tsp. pepper
1 can bean sprouts

Directions:

Stir and fry till warmed through together.
