2 pkg. (4-Serv.) Lemon flavor jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. eggnog
1/2 tsp. rum extract
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 small container thawed Cool Whip (6 oz.)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add eggnog, rum extract, and nutmeg. Chill until slightly thickened (if it sets up too much, whip with whisk before folding in the whipped topping.) Fold in whipped topping. Pour into mold. Chill until firm (about 4 hours.) Unmold and enjoy.
