1 tube (12 oz.) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
3/4 c. cubed cooked ham
1 c. leftover mashed potatoes
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Press each biscuit onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased muffin cup. In a bowl, combine the ham, potatoes, 1/2 c. cheese, parsley and garlic powder. Spoon 1/2 c. into each prepared cup. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 350º for 20 - 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
