2 dozen fresh or frozen large crabs
3 cloves garlic
Olive oil
1/2 - 1 c. red or white wine
2 28 oz. cans crushed tomatoes
crushed red pepper flakes to taste
1 lb. fresh lump crab meat
1 lb. spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
Saute crabs and garlic cloves in olive oil. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes, pinch of salt. When crabs turn pinkish add wine, and simmer together until alcohol burns off. Add crushed tomatoes, adjust seasoning, simmer for at least 1 hour. Add lump crab meat to sauce just long enough to heat. Cook and drain spaghetti. Top with sauce, crabmeat and crabs.
