2 lbs. smoked sausage cut & halved into 3/4 in. slices
1 lg. onion, cut into eighths
1 med. head cabbage, chopped
2 c. water
1 lb. carrots, cut into 1/2 in slices
5 med. potatoes, cut into 3/4 in. cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage and onion on med. heat until sausage is browned and onion is tender, drain. Cook cabbage in water for 10 minutes. Add all ingredients to cabbage and cook until tender.
