1 c. soft Crisco shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
Blend until fluffy.

Add
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 3/4 c. flour
Directions:
Directions:
Mix well.
Roll into 1 inch balls.
Roll into cinnamon sugar (1 tbsp. cinnamon to 2 tbsp sugar)
Place on cookie sheet and press with a fork to flatten.
Bake at 350º for 8 - 10 minutes.
