1 3/4 c shortening
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine shortening, sugar, salt and flour in a bowl and cut with a pie cutter until crumbly.

1/2 c. water
1 egg
1 tbsp. vinegar

Put water, egg, and vinegar into a pint jar or bowl and mix with a fork until blended. Pour mixture over crumble mixture and work with your hands until it no longer sticks to your hands.
Take baseball size ball of dough and roll into a circle.
Caution...only add flour as needed when rolling as too much can ruin dough. Add slowly and sparingly. Makes 3 pie crusts.
