CAKE:
3/4 c shortening or margarine
1 egg
1/2 tsp. banana flavoring (opt)
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 mashed bananas
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour

FROSTING:
4 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. cream or milk
Directions:
Directions:
For Cake: Cream shortening and sugar. Add egg, flavoring and bananas; beat well. Add dry ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes at 350º . (Instead of frosting, 1 bag of chocolate chips could be added.)

For Frosting: Bring to boil and remove from heat. Add powdered sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla.
