1 1/2 lbs ground beef
2 C diced onion
2 cloves minced garlic
4 8 oz cans tomato sauce
3 C water
1 T + 1 t unsweetened cocoa
1 T chili powder
1/2 t ground allspice
1/2 t cinnamon
1/2 t cumin
1/4 t ceyenne pepper
1 T vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble beef into a large skillet or dutch oven and cook over medium high heat. Add diced onion and cook till meat is brown. Add rest of ingred. Bring to a simmer, reduce heat and simmer slowly for about an hour uncovered. Add water if needed to keep consistency of a meat sauce.
