1/3 C butter
4 eggs
1 C milk
1 C flour

Directions:
Directions:
Place the butter in the pan...a cast iron skillet or dutch oven...in a 425 oven. While the butter melts, mix eggs in blender for 1 minute. With motor running, add milk, then flour. Remove hot pan and pour in better. Bake till puffy and well browned..20-25 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar and/or nutmeg. Top with fruit or syrup if desired. Some like it with powdered sugar and lemon juice.
