Cabbage, Sliced
Link Sausage, Sliced
Potatoes, Peeled and Cut Into Wedges
Salt & Pepper to Taste
1 c. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Slice enough cabbage to make a good layer in the bottom of a large casserole dish. Slice link sausage to cover the cabbage. Layer sliced onions on top of sausage. Peel and cut potatoes into wedges and put on top of onions. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour 1 cup of water over layers. Cover with aluminum foil. Turning occasionally, bake at 350°F until vegetables are done to your preference.
