1/2 C vegetable oil
3 T fresh-squeezed lemon juice
2 T white vinegar
2 T honey
3-4 cloves minced garlic
salt to taste
2 C salad mix (romaine, iceberg, red cabbage, and carrots)
1/2 C green onion, sliced
2 T toasted sesame seed
1/2 C grated Romano cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk all ingred. in salad bowl down to salad mix. Set aside and let flavors marry for 30 minutes. At serving time whisk dressing and pour over salad mix. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and cheese. Toss.

If this isn't the original, it's close enough to fool me!! House of Mole was a favorite eating place in Fort Worth in late 50's-60's and later morphed into Mac's House on the west side I'm told. Buy sesame seeds and many other spices at an asian market if you don't like paying through the nose...same is true for fresh herbs like basil, dill, mint, et.
