3 Round Steaks (or Venison)
1 c. All-Purpose Flour
1 T. Seasoned Salt
2-4 T. Vegetable Oil
Water
5-6 Beef Bullion Cubes
1 lb. Bag of Fresh Carrots
6 lg. Potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Cut each steak in half. Mix flour and seasoned salt in a shallow bowl. Roll the steaks in mixture. Put oil in a Dutch oven and heat. Add the steaks. Brown well on both sides. After browning, cover with water to about halfway up the pan. Add bullion cubes and let simmer for about an hour keeping water depth to about halfway. When meat is not quite tender, add the carrots and potatoes. Cover and continue simmering until meat and vegetables are tender. You can cut any leftover meat and vegetables into smaller chunks for a beef stew the next day.
