4 lb. Beef Roast
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Garlic
Paprika
Garlic Powder
4 Beef Bouillon Cubes
1 Can Beef Gravy
1 Envelope Beefy Onion Soup Mix
1-2 Onions, Chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Season the beef roast on all side with salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and garlic powder. Brown it on all side in vegetable oil. Put in a medium roaster with beef bouillon cubes along with a can of beef gravy, an envelope of beefy onion soup mix, and extra onions. Bake at 250°F for three hours. Remove from the oven and let cool. Slice thin, put back in the roaster with the juice, and put in the fridge until the next day. Heat through before serving the next day.
