2 16 oz packages frozen broccoli (THAWED)
1 lb Velveeta cheese (CUBED)
1 sleeve Ritz crackers (CRUMBLED)
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º F. Lightly coat baking dish with butter. Add broccoli & Velveeta. Cover with foil. Bake for 25 mins. Remove dish from oven & remove foil. Melt remaining butter & add Ritz cracker crumbs. Spread over broccoli & bake uncovered for an additional 10 mins.
