Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Hot homemade tortillas are as good as hot biscuits!! Long before they were commercially made hispanic families enjoyed flour tortillas at home. I first tasted them in college when I went for Sunday lunch with a date's family...have never forgotten how good they were! This isn't Mrs. Garza's recipe...but it's very close.
