Chicken breast (cut into strips; this cuts down on cooking time)
1-2 Eggs beaten in bowl (depending on how much chicken you are cooking)
Mix together 2 cups of flour or potato flakes, garlic salt, pepper, paprika, and seasoning salt. Heat up oil in a frying pan on medium heat.

Directions:
Put chicken into bowl with eggs and make sure the chicken gets coated, then put the chicken into the bowl with the flour. Then repeat the last 2 steps and put on a cookie sheet to rest for a few minutes.

Then place the chicken in the pan to fry up the golden brown and turn then drain. Place on plate with paper towel to help soak off the grease.
