1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup shortening
2 cups + 5 Tbls. sugar, divided
1 egg
1 tsp rum extract
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup french vanilla creamer
1/2 tsp nutmeg
5 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
( Need sugar and nutmeg to roll in)

Icing:
1 cup powdered sugar
5-6 tsp of french vanilla creamer
Green food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, shortening, and sugar. Beat in the egg and rum extract. Then mix in the evaporated milk and creamer, alternating with the mixed dry ingredients.

Make balls with scoop and roll them. Roll in the 5 Tbls reserved sugar and a little bit of nutmeg. Flatten slightly on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

When cooled, ice cookies with green colored icing.
