1 lb ground beef
2 medium chopped onions
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can Chinese veggies
1 can chow mien noodles (crunchy noodles)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, onions and celery. Mix all other ingredients together except the chow mien noodles.
Place everything in a greased 9x13 pan. Cover and cook 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and cook 30 more minutes and add crunchy noodles to top.

I always love to serve this with cucumbers that have been in vinegar. That is how my Grandma always serves this dish!
