1 T. butter
3 c. fresh or 2 cans, drained mushrooms
½ c. onion
½ c. flour
1 can chicken broth
2 c. milk
2 ounces cream cheese
¼ c. Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. dry cooking sherry
½ t. salt
½ t. garlic powder
¼ t. pepper
1 – 7 ounce package angel hair pasta, cooked
2 c. cubed cooked chicken breast

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large pan over medium heat. Add mushrooms and onion; sauté 7 minutes or until liquid evaporates. Sprinkle and stir in flour.
Gradually add broth, milk, and cream cheese; bring to a boil, and cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in 2 T. of the Parmesan cheese and next 4 ingredients.
Stir in pasta and chicken; spoon into large casserole sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese over the top.
Cover with foil and bake @ 350 for 20 minutes; then bake uncover for 10. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
