Ingredients:
1 large pkg lemon jello
1½ c hot water
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
½ c miracle whip
1 pkg Dream Whip
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained. But save liquid into a measuring cup
½ cup finely chopped pecans (do not leave this out)

1 large pkg lime jello
1 ½ cup hot water
2 ½ cup pineapple juice (add 7 Up to reserved pineapple juice for this amount)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve lemon jello in hot water. Pour into a bowl and refrigerate until partially
set (about the consistency of molasses). Beat into this partially set jello, the cream
cheese, pkg of Dream whip, mayonnaise, nuts and pineapple.

Pour into greased 13 x 9 dish and cover. Refrigerate until completely set. I like to
do this the day before.

Dissolve lime jello in hot water and add the pineapple juice mixture. Cool to room
temp and then pour on top of completely set lemon layer. Cover and return to
refrigerator until the top layer is completely set. (probably 4-5 hours) I like to do
this early on the second day that I will serve the salad.

Cut into squares and serve.
