Pie filling Ingredients
10 egg yolks, beaten
2 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup key lime juice
1/2 cup blackberry puree
1 tablespoon green chili/ jalapeno powder
2 (9 inch) prepared pinon-graham cracker crust (Recipe below)

Crust:
2 cups finely crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup of finely chopped pinon nuts
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon white sugar
2/3 cup of melted butter

Crust:
Mix first four crust ingredients into a bowl then drizzle melted butter and combine until mix is fully moistened. Press mixture into bottom and sides of 9” pie pan.

Pie Filling:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Combine the egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk and lime juice. Mix well. Pour into unbaked graham cracker shell.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, allow to cool. Top with whipped topping and garnish with jalapeno slices & lime rind if desired.
