6 MacIntosh Apples
water
3/4 Cups of Br. Sugar
1 tbsp. Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, core, and slice apples and put into a medium sized sauce pan. Add enough water to almost cover the apples, and begin to cook over medium high heat. After cooking for about 10 minutes take a potato masher and begin to break down the apples. Add the brown sugar, and cinnamon. Continue to cook until apples are broken down into chunky bits or as you desire your apple sauce to be. Eat it hot or cold.
