2 1-inch slices Cured Ham
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
5 T. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Allspice
1/4 tsp. Pepper
2 c. Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Place ham slices in a 13" x 9" baking dish. Sprinkle with mustard, brown sugar, allspice and pepper. Add enough milk to just cover the ham slices. Bake at 325°F for one hour. Continually check to make sure milk is covering ham and add more milk if needed. When ham is tender, remove from oven and cut into serving sizes.
