4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
4 oz. cream cheese, sliced into 1 oz.
4 slices cooked bacon
1 tsp. chives
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ cup mayo (no “salad dressing”)
1 tsp. lemon juice
½ cup milk
¼ tsp. black pepper
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Pound breasts until flat. Put a slice of cream cheese and 1 tsp. of chives in the middle of each breast and roll up. Wrap each breast in a slice of bacon and secure with toothpicks. Place in 9 x 13 pan. In bowl combine soup, mayo, lemon juice, pepper, and salt. Mix until smooth and pour over chicken. Bake 1 hour.
