1 pound ground beef
1 pound shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 can of corn
3-4 cups of mashed potatoes
Lots of chopped green chile
Directions:
Directions:
Brown up your hamburger meat and drain all the grease. Put it in a casserole dish. Put a layer of cheese on the meat. In the same pan put the can of corn and the chopped green chile and warm up. Once warm, put the corn and chile mixture on the meat and cheese. Add another layer of cheese. Then add the mashed potatoes and another layer of cheese. Put in the oven at 350º until all the cheese is melted.
