8 red potatoes, diced
1 small onion, chopped
2 tbsp. fresh rosemary, minced
1 large clove of garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Vegetable oil to coat

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. Grease baking sheet. In a large bowl combine all ingredients. when it comes to the oil add enough to coat the potato mixture. Pour out and spread evenly over baking sheet. Place in oven to bake and stir potatoes once every 10 minutes until potatoes are tender. Remove from oven and serve.
