Cake:
1 pkg. German Chocolate cake mix
1 1/4 c. water
1/3 c oil
3 eggs

Topping:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 - 13 oz. Smuckers Ice Cream topping
1 - 8-12 oz. frozen whip topping, thawed
Toffee Crunch or chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake in 13 x 9 pan, in 350 oven for 30 - 35 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.
Using handle of wooden spoon - poke holes in cake.

Meanwhile, mix condensed milk and caramel topping.
Reserve 1/2 cup and set aside.
Pour remaining evenly over warm cake. Cool!!!

Place whipped topping in bowl. Fold in remaining caramel mixture. Spread evenly over cool cake. Sprinkle with nuts or chopped toffee pieces. Refrigerate until served. Cover loosely.
