3 1/2 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. soft margarine
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, soda, and salt. Combine sugar, shortening, egg and flavoring. Add sour cream and flour mixture alternately. Roll on lightly floured board 1 inch thick. Cut and bake 12 minutes at 375º or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with sugar.
