2 c. all purpose flour
1 1/2 c.sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
4 beaten eggs
16 oz. canned pumpkin
1 c. cooking oil
6 oz .cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 to 4 3/4 c. powdered sugar

Pumpkin Bars:
Stir flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and cloves.
Stir in eggs, pumpkin and oil until combined. Spread batter in Ungreased 15 x 10 x 1 pan. Bake in oven at 350º for 25-30 minutes or until a wooden toothpick comes out of center clean. Cool 2 hours on wire rack. Spread with cream cheese frosting. Best after refrigerated. Cream Cheese Frosting: Beat together 6 oz. cream cheese and 1/2 cup butter. Add 2 tsp vanilla. Gradually add 2 cups powdered sugar until creamy.
Then gradually beat in another 2 1/2 to 2 3/4 cups powdered sugar until it is spreadable consistency.

Note: If you don't have a 15x10 pan, you can use a 9x13 pan. It just comes out a little thicker and needs to be cooked a little longer.
