6 potatoes, peeled & cut into 1/8" slices
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1+ Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. dried onion flakes
1 Tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper to taste
1/3 cup Parmesan, grated
Fresh parsley, chopped

Preheat oven to 350º. Layer sliced potatoes in a buttered 9" x 13" baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Combine cream, mustard, garlic, onion flakes, butter, and most of the Parmesan cheese. Heat in a heavy saucepan just to the boiling point. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle on the remaining Parmesan and the parsley. Bake uncovered for about 45 - 50 minutes (cooking time may vary). Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes.
