1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. melted butter
1 c. graham cracker crumbs

Mix & press into springform pan. Do not bake.

Filling:
1 lb. cream cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
4 eggs, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon juice
Directions:
Directions:
Cream softened cream cheese. Add sour cream, sugar, flour, lemon juice & vanilla. Add unbeaten egg yolks. Fold in beaten egg whites. Pour onto crust. Bake in 350º oven for 1 hour. Turn off heat and leave in oven 45 minutes. Refrigerate. Can be topped with cherry or blueberry pie filling.
