3 squares unsweetened chocolate
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate in saucepan. Salt. Combine sugar, flour & add to melted chocolate. Gradually, add milk. Boil slowly in a covered saucepan for 2 minutes. Remove cover & boil until the soft ball stage. Add vanilla & butter. Beat at high speed until almost spread consistency. Spread on cake. Add cream or rich milk if too thick.
