1 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Mix & set aside.

Coffee Cakes:
2 sticks margarine, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. almond or vanilla extract
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Grease & flour 3, 9" cake pans. Set aside. Cream butter & sugar. Add eggs & flavoring. Combine dry ingredients and add alternately with sour cream to sugar mixture. Pour into prepared pans.

Sprinkle topping on batter & swirl with knife. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.

Makes 3 cakes.

Coffee cakes freeze well for later use.
