Melt 3/4 stick margarine in 9 x 13 dish. Add 1 c. coconut & 1 c. chopped nuts.

Mix 1 box German Chocolate cake mix according to directions. Add above.

Soften 3/4 stick margarine and 8 oz. cream cheese in microwave. Blend box of 10x sugar & pour over cake.
