2 c. all purpose flour, fork stirred well before measuring to aerate
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. margarine
1 large egg
1/2 c. warm water

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, nutmeg & cinnamon. With pastry blender, cut in butter until mixture is like fine crumbs. Measure 1 c. crumbs and reserve. To remaining crumbs, add egg & water. Stir until just moistened. Turn into well-buttered 10" pie plate. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake 350º for 40 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
