1pkg. Baker's German Sweet Chocolate, melted
1 T water
1 egg yolk, unbeaten
1 T powdered sugar
1/2 C whipping cream
1 egg white stiffly beaten
12 vanilla wafers or ladyfinger halves

Directions:
Blend melted chocolate with water. Remove from heat. Beat in egg yolk vigorously. Add the sugar. Cool. Whip cream and fold into chocolate. Fold in beaten egg white. Line an 8x4x3" loaf pan with wax paper, extending paper at ends. Layer wafers with Chocolate Mixture. Chill overnight. Lift out with paper. Slice. Serves 5.
