1 large package elk steak
flour, salt, pepper, garlic pdr
6-8 strips bacon
2 large onions, slice
2 cans Beefy Mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon, set aside. Dredge steak in flour mixture, fry in bacon grease till brown on both sides. Slice onions, put half in bottom, lay steaks over onions and bacon strips over steak and pour 2 cans of soup diluted with 1 soup can of water over top. Place remaining onions on top and cover tightly with foil. Bake 325 degrees for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Can cook at a higher degree if needed but just for shorter time.
