Directions:
Make sauerkraut when the signs are in the heart. Clean and chop the cabbage and put into quart jars. Add one teaspoon of salt to each quart jar. Fill with cold water. Seal jars. Place all jars in a container and then cover over with cold water. Set in a cool dry place to work.
