Country Ham
2 T. Butter
1 T. Brown Sugar
1 c. Black Coffee

Directions:
Directions:
Fry several pieces of country ham in skillet. After ham is cooked, remove from skillet, leaving the drippings. Add two tablespoons of butter, and one tablespoon of brown sugar. Continue cooking until mixture is dissolved, then add 1 cup of black coffee. Bring mixture almost to a boil, then ladle over hot biscuits, with the fried country ham on the side!
