1 stick butter
1 cup peanut butter
1-1/2 cup powdered sugar
12 oz. milk chocolate chips
9 cups Rice Chex cereal
1 gallon-size freezer bag

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, chocolate chips and peanut butter in 3-quart saucepan. Pour cereal into a large bowl. Pour chocolate mixture slowly over cereal. Gently fold mixture over until all the cereal is covered. In a large plastic bag (or large Tupperware bowl), pour half of the powdered sugar. Put cereal mixture in the bag and then put in the rest of the powdered sugar. Close tightly. Gently shake the bag until each cereal is covered with powdered sugar an chocolate. after cooling place in an airtight container. Will keep for several days,
