Ingredients:  
1 can tomato soup
2 qt. tomatoes, diced up with juice
2 c. beef bouillon (2 cubes)
Try to find bouillon without MSG
(no monosodium glutamate)
Or use 2 c. beef broth with no MSG
1 head cabbage, cut in sm. wedges
3 stalks celery, sliced
3 carrots, sliced
1 diced, mild onion
Sea salt, or regular salt, and pepper to taste
Don't use too much salt.

Add all ingredients in a lg. heavy pot. Slowly bring to simmer on med. high heat or med. heat, stirring occasionally and watching after soup. Turn heat down to low or simmer, and cover. Simmer all ingredients slowly, continue to watch and occasionally stir soup. Simmer slowly for about 2 hours or until cabbage and all vegetables are very tender. Turn heat off. Enjoy hot soup. Refrigerate remaining soup, and reheat whenever you want. Will keep several days in refrigerator. *This soup was originally known as Dolly Parton's Diet Soup.
