1 slice of bread, broken into crumbs by hand
6 ounces thinly sliced deli ham, minced
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
1 egg
8 English muffin halves
Directions:
Directions:
Mix crumbs, ham, cheese, mayo, mustard and egg in a bowl. Spread over English muffin halves. Bake in a 375 degree oven for about 10 minutes until hot and bubbly.
