1/2 C brown sugar
1 flat can sliced pineapple (#1 can)
2 T syrup from pineapple slices
2 eggs
1 1/2 lb. ground ham
1 lb. ground pork
3/4 C crushed soda crackers
1 t dry mustard
1 C milk

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve brown sugar and pineapple juice in loaf pan in 10x5x3 loaf pan in 350 degree oven. Remove and arrange pineapple slices each studded with 3 cloves in bottom of pan. Mix remaining ingred. and pack in loaf pan on top of pineapple slices. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

I love this ham loaf and serve it most Easter Sundays with Stevenson's Apple Farm green rice (see in another section). Much easier now that the ham can be chopped in the food processor at home...used be hard to get the ground ham or even the pork.
