6 English muffins
8-10 eggs
1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream
1lb. Sweet sausage or bacon cooked
1/2 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º

Split English muffins in half, butter and place butter side down in 9x13 pan. Beat eggs, stir in sour cream, add sausage or bacon. Pour over English muffins. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
