6 thick pork chops...about 1"
2 T Kitchen Bouquet
1/2 cup plum jam
1 t. salt
1/2 t. ground ginger
1 T vinegar

Directions:
Brush chops with Kitchen Bouquet (easy way to get browned flavor). Combine remaining ingred and pour over and under chops. Bake uncovered @350 for 1 hour.

Easy...great tasting chops..the best tasting and easiest pork chop recipe I make. I usually double the recipe and freeze half...later, thaw and bake for a great last minute entree. The sauce is delicious over rice or mashed potatoes.

I used orange marmalade instead of red plum...also good. Apricot jam would be good as well.
