1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. salt
1 c. starter
1 1/2 c. warm water
6 c. flour (Pillsbury bread flour)

Directions:
Keep starter in refrigerator. Feed 3-5 days apart.

To feed, mix 1/2 c. sugar, 3 Tbsp. instant potatoes, 1 c. warm water with starter. Let set out all day (will become bubbly). Divide. Save 1 c. in refrigerator. Use 1 cup in above ingredients for bread. Mix well and knead slightly. Let rise in greased bowl covered overnight. Next morning, knead down and put in 3 greased & floured loaf pans. Brush with oil. Let rise at least 5 hours or all day covered. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
