1-1/4 cup All Purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
2 c. All Bran Cereal
1-1/4 cup Milk
1 egg
1/4 cup Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Set aside. Combine cereal and milk, let stand about 5 minutes or until cereal softens. Add egg and oil, beat well. Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Put batter into 12 muffin pan cups which are coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400º about 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
