1 packet cinnamon graham crackers rolled into crumbs about 1 1/2 c., 1/3 c. melted butter, 6 large apples peeled and sliced, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. flour, 3 tbsp half and half, pie crust pastry.

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out pie crust for a 9 inch pie plate. Mix crumbs and butter for topping and set aside. Combine sliced apples, sugar, flour and place into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle crumb mixture over top and add the half and half. Bake at 400º for 40-50 min.
